Ubud Bali, Indonesia Part 2
Today, we rented another car and driver to take us out for another full day. We could have rented scooters but I was afraid to have the kids on them. So car and driver it is. Our first stop was another temple. it seems today was more of a planned tour instead of just going to the places we wanted to. Bt we still had a blast.
Our next stop was the rice fields. It was super hot. I was thankful for the umbrellas. There are way better rice fields that we could have seen if we ventured out on scooters but this one was fine.
Our last stop of the day was Tanah Lot Temple. This one can only be accessed at low tide.
This was our last day in Ubud at the Tebesaya Homestay. We had an amazing stay with Komang. She was the best host. Komang made Ella french fries for breakfast, took the kids to the market, taught us about the culture, and helped us find some to remove Miles stitches. If you want an authentic Balinese experience, this is the place. Oh and she owns a local spa as well. We took advantage of that as well!
